Day 99 and 100: in the Port of Dubai. . On our arrival on a misty morning we were welcomed to the Port by a now retired member of the Cunard line, The old Queen Elizabeth 2, which remains now and a newly opened hotel restored to her former glory. . I was overwhelmed by this city. It was definitely mind blowing to witness the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building or to visit the World biggest shopping Center, with its own Aquarium, Waterfall, ice-skate ring, etc. . On my way to the Dubai Marina I also passed by the tallest hotel in the world which is not Burj Al Arab anymore but the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel.
