BIFE strikes a balance between cumbia party, pop tenderness and biting criticism against stereotypes. It's a work that, despite its long duration, is energetic and keeps alive the cultural commitment from queer feminism.

Queijo e presunto⠀

Alho em pó, azeite, sal e pimenta.⠀

1 clara de ovo⠀ Massa⠀

2 iogurtes⠀

4 copos de farinha⠀

Preparação:

Comece fazer a massa de pão, mas estenda a massa.⠀

Sele a carne numa frigideira dum lado e de outro, coloque o bife na massa. Coloque queijo e presunto (ou outro recheio a gosto).⠀

Feche a massa, pincele com clara de ovo.⠀

Leve ao forno cerca de 15/20 mins a 200ºC.⠀
