You won't always get it on the first try. But you KEEP TRYING anyway! This is why its called PRACTICE... and through it all you realize that it is not about making shapes with the body or the movements that are required to get into a certain pose but rather the INTENTION behind the pose. The mindfulness that connects one body part with another. Understanding yourself in a deeper way and finding that the only thing you'll only ever need listen to is your breath. Shut off fear and ego its time for you take that leap of faith. 🙏 P.S. I have always been so afraid of coming into this pose unassisted cause it has a lot to do with the neck but thank you my dear @hellobrygirl for helping me conquer my fear!
