hair fell over your shoulders, glasses held on the bridge of your nose as you pushed them back up.
the faint sound of pages turning and pens scribbling against paper was heard;
well, along Heeseungs rage quitting from the other side of the room.
you both shared a room where you slept and did your stuff, and since Heeseung is 2 years older than you which meant he graduated already and was already working. While you were still in your last year of school.
You had your final exams coming up, it had you at your table day and night. Draining you out completely.
but Heeseung was by your side…even like this, with all the yelling and cursing heard behind you. He’d quiet down, knowing you’re studying behind him.
He’ll pause his game for you when you need help with something because he knows you’re too shy to actually “interrupt” his game
nothing wasn’t important to him as you were, not even his League of Legends game he try hard every night before sleep
sometimes he’d even invite you in his lap while you study, usually he plays and you’d study but there are times he even joins you and practised with you again

Heeseung was the most patient and understanding man you’ve ever met, when you shyly ask him to be a bit quieter, for the rest of the night while you study and he games, he doesn’t dare to make a sound if it means for you to study better
even tho he sometimes thinks you’re really over working yourself and since he’s your boyfriend he’d scold you saying
“that’s bad! your brain will get brain damage from so many informatioooons” he would whine trying to get your attention to him than at the book
“even the books get more attention than me…” he’s pouting now, making you chuckle and close your books”
he would always find a way to pull you away and “make” you rest or have fun with him

one night he found you still awake at 2:12 AM at your desk, studying.
“cupcake, why are you still awake..?” he asked his voice deep and rough because he woke up a minute ago to take a piss
because one second you were with him in bed, and the moment he fell asleep first you’ve gotten up and continued at where you stopped
you look up at him, pushing your glasses up with a face too shy for someone who’s his girlfriend. Like you were caught doing something illegal and not just studying
“i-i’m just studying a bit more…” your eyes bore into his sleepy ones, he’s leaning against the wall behind the bed
“You were in bed with me. Why did you leave, you’ve been studying yesterday the whole afternoon while i was gaming” he deadpanned making you swallow
silence filled the room, that’s when he took action
“listen” he started walking to your desk “i know you’re stressed about the finals but you also need rest to process it all in your brain” as he talked he pushed out your chair and picked you up gently
your hands wrapped around his neck, carrying you back to bed bridal style, his strong arms wrapping around you like a vice
he sat you on the bed and made you look up at him, he removed your glasses and put the on the his table that was next to yours bed.

the dark glow of the moon from the windows that were half opened, you two standing in the light of the night.
he leaned down and kissed you gently making you blush, every time.
then he layed you down in the bed and spooned you from behind, in not even five minutes you were out
that’s when he knew he could go to sleep knowing you were resting too
