oh he knew that tone, hands falling back to his sides he could only frown and fall into bed. Soon after you came with your son who was hopping all happy to sleep with you two.

well mostly you, because you’re always comfy and warm.

The next morning Jake woke up earlier to his son sitting up and shaking both of you. Probably hungry.

“what’s wrong bud…?” Jake murmured quietly careful not to wake you up.

When Jaemin noticed his appa was awake, opening his mouth “hungry…appa, eat with me…!” he shout whispered.

Jake who was still processing the world around him got up and lifted Jaemin into his strong arms. He held him on his hip while walking into the kitchen.

Making Jaemin some formula with special milk that he loves. While he sat on the counter waiting like a good boy.

Knowing Jake—if he tried to be quiet it’s like a mission impossible. The ruffling of plates and drawers closing and opening woke up your senses.

Tho you were too tired to even get up from bed so you just stayed there trying to fall back to sleep. While Jake, who was now holding the warm milk for Jaemin in the air while his son was on his bare feet standing on the counter trying to reach for it.

“no, no no Jaemin i need to make a deal with you alright?”

“then you’ll get your milk…!” Jake whisper shouted at Jaemin, if you had walked in on this moment he’d be scolded along with Jaemin.

“wh-whaw is deal the…?” Jaemin babbled pausing for a second, eyebrows scrunched in a small cute frown.

Jake smirked crossing his arms, “you gotta let me sleep with mommy for the time being, which means no more in between us”.

He said it so proudly, thinking it’ll do the trick, only to be punched weakly in the shoulder by Jaemins small hand.

Both walked down the street filled with other kids playing around, when his son scanned an ice cream truck and burst in excitement.

“Appa!!!! ice creammmm! i want ice cream!”

The next morning Jake woke up earlier to his son sitting up and shaking both of you. Probably hungry.

“what’s wrong bud…?” Jake murmured quietly careful not to wake you up.

When Jaemin noticed his appa was awake, opening his mouth “hungry…appa, eat with me…!” he shout whispered.

Jake who was still processing the world around him got up and lifted Jaemin into his strong arms. He held him on his hip while walking into the kitchen.

Making Jaemin some formula with special milk that he loves. While he sat on the counter waiting like a good boy.

Knowing Jake—if he tried to be quiet it’s like a mission impossible. The ruffling of plates and drawers closing and opening woke up your senses.

Tho you were too tired to even get up from bed so you just stayed there trying to fall back to sleep. While Jake, who was now holding the warm milk for Jaemin in the air while his son was on his bare feet standing on the counter trying to reach for it.

“no, no no Jaemin i need to make a deal with you alright?”

“then you’ll get your milk…!” Jake whisper shouted at Jaemin, if you had walked in on this moment he’d be scolded along with Jaemin.

“wh-whaw is deal the…?” Jaemin babbled pausing for a second, eyebrows scrunched in a small cute frown.

Jake smirked crossing his arms, “you gotta let me sleep with mommy for the time being, which means no more in between us”.

He said it so proudly, thinking it’ll do the trick, only to be punched weakly in the shoulder by Jaemins small hand.

“andeeee! appa rude!!” Jaemin screamed making Jake scared for his own life while trying to shush down Jaemin who was now crying.

Both walked down the street filled with other kids playing around, when his son scanned an ice cream truck and burst in excitement.

“Appa!!!! ice creammmm! i want ice cream!”
