I don't believe that Lydia or Neve cry much at all. But... if I had to go for one of them, I'd choose Neve. At least, I feel like she might cry more openly than Lydia? Lydia is quick to wipe her tears and will probably try to hide away if she finds she can't stop. She doesn't like anyone to see her crack.

Okay, in the chart I joked that Neve would have a superwholock blog. But, now that I'm thinking about it? YEAH I actually think she would! She'd favor Sherlock, of course... but she'd manage to get really popular, and would be the type of blog to shout other blogs out, pfft. I later wrote that Susanna would also make a superwholock blog (mostly just to support Neve for funsies) but would accidentally gain popularity as well. I do not think Lydia would know how to use a computer. I love you, Lydia.

Neve and Lydia have a good back and forth going with teasing, but I think Lydia is mostly on the receiving end. Mostly because, when they're in the "longing glances" stage, Lydia's crush on Neve keeps her from flirting with/ teasing her. Honestly, most of Lydia's braincells go away when she's around Neve. Again, I love you, Lydia.

Lydia is generally very ticklish. Neve probably finds this one out a little into their relationship and is stoked about it. While Neve is ticklish too, and Lydia is likewise stoked, Neve is going to be the one who's taking advantage more (and be absolutely cheesed to find out that Lydia is ticklish everywhere).

The fuckin' MMORPH. I've said this before and I'll say it again. Neve's addiction is a slow burn. She goes from checking it out because it was recommended to her, to doing little things in the game, to full out committing all her time to it. Lydia will have to put a timer on her games (once she figures out how to use the damn computer).

Hot take, I do not think either of them have a bad sense of style??? But, if we're talking "which one of them is most likely to torn up clothes and think nothing of it" thennnn it's gotta go to Lydia.

The Veilguard has more insomniacs than not, am I right?!?! Lydia wins for falling asleep first, but just barely. It depends on the night! Also, which of them is having most solid/consistent sleep? Neither of them.

They're BOTHHHH fake idgafers!! BOTH OF THEM!! They're both sentimental little mushes who pretend like they travel light because they have to. Meanwhile, you have Neve "carry a token to remember Brom" Gallus and Lydia "I have every letter my parents have written to me" Thorne. Mhm. I see you two. I'm positive that they keep little mementos of each other, too. Lydia's keeping all of the little notes that Neve writes for her. Neve is keeping every single box that she's received a gift from Lydia in.

Bellanna

Susanna has a LOT of bravado, okay? But, um. It's a front. Susanna is a deeply sensitive person, and she frequently runs away from her emotions so as not to seem weak. Still, she feels things deeply. While she might not be the type to openly bawl in front of just anyone (this is a thing she'd reserve for Neve, and later for Bellara), she is more likely to cry about a comment or about something not going her way.

Again, the 2010s tumblr thing cracksssss meee uppppp. I think that Bellara would accidentally become so popular. Honestly, she'd be the person who is posting the insane "how to" videos (memoriesss) or some sort of experiment. She'd do it for fun, and because videos and posts are an archive, right? But she wouldn't expect herself to get so damn popular!! I think she'd bring it up casually, too, and it would shock everyone.

I'm barely into the Bellaramance with Susanna (and by barely, I mean that I've flirted with her approximately once). But, I know that Susanna is a flirt, and that she loves to tease. Therefore, I believe that Bellara is on the receiving end of Susanna's teasing quite a bit! If the tables were turned, though? I think Bellara can have Susanna stammering and stumbling over herself pretty easily.

I had to go with Bellara for the ticklish one, too. Susanna doesn't seem like she's the type to be all that ticklish? Honestly, she might have one or two (well guarded) spots, but she's good at hiding them and she's quick to get used to it. Bellara on the other hand isn't so lucky, lmao. RIP sis I feel ya.

Susanna has a gaming PC in the lighthouse. I just KNOW IT!!! She's got a nice expensive set up that she built her damn self. Honestly, I would not be surprised if she dragged her setup all the way from Minrathous so she wouldn't be without it-- I would not put it past her haha. She's got a nice collection of games, too. The thought of her having once attempted to be a professional streamer is also plaguing me. But, I think that Bellara would be in the same boat. She'd get super absorbed into an MMORPG. She would hide the sheer amount of hours she's plugged into the game. As I wrote on the chart, Neve is dragging them out by their ankles. She wants them to see the light of day at least once a week (which is rich coming from her).

I do not think that Susanna gives a fuck about what she wears. She's got mismatched clothes. She's mixing metals. She does notttt care. As long as she is clothed, and as long as she's dressed appropriately for the weather (insane that an OC of mine would be adequately prepared for different weather lmao), she's good to go. I do not put it past her to try and squeeze into a shirt she's had since she was a kid, just because it's a shirt she owns.

Susanna is on the "honk shoo mimimimi" boat at 10pm reliably every single night. My girl makes sure to get a full 8 hours. She prioritizes her sleep above all else. No one is getting in the way of that!!! Bellara, sweet insomniac that she is, will have to catch up. Susanna has tried waiting for her a few times, but it's hopeless.

Bellara definitely cares more for sentimental stuff than Susanna does. It's not that Susanna hates being sentimental! It's just that she doesn't really have anything to be sentimental about? She travels light (and unlike Lydia, she means it).

Lydianna (platonic ship chart)

I wanted to make a ship chart for my girls, too. I don't think they'd date. Honestly, I think a romance between them would be utterly unhealthy. I do think they'd be friends (after a bit of time, pffft). Mostly, I filled this chart out to see how they'd interact with each other in a space like this.

Back on the "cries easiest" option, this one has to go to Susanna. Specifically for the Lydia/Susanna dynamic, I was thinking about that one Cartman meme where he's like "let's go! we're having it out!" and then he starts wailing when he loses. The thought of Susanna starting a fight with Lydia, Lydia tapping her once, and Susanna crying, absolutely sent me 😂

Once again, we're going back to "I only made a superwholock blog for Neve. I didn't think I'd end up so popular." Honestly? Susanna would be smug as hell to know that she had a few thousand followers on tumblr for her superwholock blog. I think she'd lean towards the doctor who fandom (cough, as I did back in the day, cough). She'd keep it hidden, but I think Lydia would find out and have a ball with it. I think Lydia would have one of those aesthetic blogs.

Lydia is getting teased relentlessly by Susanna. Susanna thinks it's hilarious!!! I think the two of them would be quite the trash talkers, but Susanna would quickly learn that certain mentions about a certain someoneeee (cough, Neve, cough) makes Lydia blush right up to her ears. Then, she uses Lydia's crush on Neve against her any time she can. @rooks-dagger and I were recently joking about Neve and Susanna tag teaming Lydia to the point where Susanna can give Lydia a single look and manage to make Lydia blush.

I'm gonna be real, I think Susanna would be such a jack ass about learning that Lydia is ticklish, especially since she herself really isn't. She's poking her, squeezing her, chasing her, etc. Lydia is spinning on her heels and dipping tf out of any room Susanna is in or walks into.

I'm tapping my "someone drag Susanna out of her room, she hasn't left her game in three full days" sign. Hello, am I speaking from experience? Yeah ofc I am, I'm not gonna front. Okay, maybe not 3 days straight, but I've def played games long enough that, when I finally turned my tv off at the end of the day, everything seemed to be purple. So yeah, Susanna. It's okay girl. Enjoy yo game. Hydrate.

This one is going to Susanna!! Lydia knows how to bum it fr fr but she at least puts thought into what she's wearing! She's gonna coordinate colors and make sure that she looks nice (even if what she's wearing is old as balls). Susanna will go out in a wooden barrel if she needed to. She does notttt care!

Susanna "I need my beauty sleep" Mercar is honkin and shooin while Lydia is debating whether she really needs to go to bed. I can see Susanna walking in on Lydia while she's laying on the couch reading, plopping right onto Lydia, and taking a nap right there. Maybe being pinned will force Lydia to get some shut eye? After all, it's worked on Neve. Or... will Lydia's stubborn ass refuse to sleep? Who knows! Susanna is 100% gonna try it, though.

For sentimental, it's going to Lydia. Again, she claims not to be sentimental, but she carries little keepsakes. She keeps her Wardens pendant to remember the recruits who lost their lives during the Joining. She keeps every single letter her parents have ever written to her since she ran for the Wardens. She keeps all those little things that mean something to her or have meant something to her in the past. Susanna doesn't understand it, but it's one of the few things she won't ride Lydia into the sunset over.

Nydia

The more I yap about these two, the more I realize how similar they are! They're both lone wolves, both of them worried about being close to someone and then that someone getting hurt... and, of course, both of them are screaming, crying, and throwing up about the thought of having feelings for + being in a relationship with each other😂

Lydia and Neve have a seven year age gap and a one inch height difference. I always crack up when I see how they scale Rook to be taller than Neve in their romance scenes. Like, Lydia's tiny! There's NO way she's suddenly half a head taller than Neve, pfft. Sure Neve's shrimpy, but Lydia is shrimpier!

Lydia and Neve definitely fell in love unintentionally, and it's a slow burn for sure. Partially because I'm a sucker for a slow burn, but mostly because, eh? Neve works alone, yadda yadda. She's worried that if she gets close to someone, she'll lose them. Lydia just, never really felt that romance was for her? To her, relationships were either platonic or sexual. And if a relationship was sexual, the sex was transactional. Falling in love with Neve came as quite the shock (heh) to her, for sure.

Lydia and Neve are aligned on most things! Analytical, silly, stubborn... they're both punctual and both dramatic (I have to assume that Neve was surprised to learn just how stubborn and dramatic Lydia really is, especially since Lydia tends to present herself as quiet and mild mannered lmao).

Also, my gosh... they don't argue too often, but when they do, it's a whole event. @/rooks-dagger and I have joked that they both struggle to be the first one to apologize after an argument. Instead, their annoyance manifests in their magic, which will radiate off of them. I can just imagine a post-argument Nydia needing to go on a mission together, and Neve's anger is causing her to chill the room around her. Lydia, shivering from the cold, is likely having her emotions manifest through magic that has Neve's CAREFULLY enchanted hairstyle frizzing up beyond belief.

Overall, I think they're a great pair and that they grow together 💙🩵. They learn how to trust other people, they learn how to open up, and they learn how to live in the moment- enjoy what they have now instead of worrying about tomorrow.

Bellanna

Bellanna as a ship absolutely cracks me up. It's genuinely "mad scientist falls in love with mad scientist."

I chose "bad influence + worse influence" as one of their tropes, but honestly I don't know which of them is which 😂. Look, they both have good heads on their shoulders! But they will BOTH enable each other whenever one of them gets a wacky idea. Neve and Lydia have had to save their asses from some sort of explosion, or trap, or expedition gone awry on too many occasions (Neve is thinking about charging).

Unlike Lydia, Susanna's does not experience her first love in Veilguard. Susanna has dated much more and has been in love before. But Bellara is the first person that Susanna has both been in love with and been dedicated to, if that makes sense? Susanna was head over heels for Bellara almost immediately (so much so that Neve caught on and absolutely grilled Susanna to make sure that she didn't toy with Bellara's feelings).

Bellara, on the other hand, took more time to fall for Susanna. Regardless, Susanna put in the work to show Bellara that she was serious about her!

Susanna and Bellara are a much less mushy couple than Neve and Lydia are. The latter couple might get up to some PDA or just be overall mushy. Susanna and Bellara prioritize getting up to as many crazy adventures together as possible. Sure, they're mushy! Sure, they're touchy feely! But def in a different way from Nydia.

Susanna and Bellara are aligned on most things, though Susanna is much more likely to ride the wave, while Bellara will dig her heels in if she finds something important enough. They're both also rather creative, though in different ways! While Bellara might get creative with a new invention or with some tinkering, Susanna is a musician at heart. You'd best believe that she's spent plenty of time in the music room at the lighthouse, whether with Bellara or alone, fiddling around and makin' music!

Lydia is terrified of the water, so I don't think she'd be willing to jump in anytime soon. She's a lightning girl, you know? She understands that lightning and water don't really mix. Still... she was shocked (ha) when she woke up one day to learn that her lightning powers were swapped for water powers, and that she had some additional abilities... Would she dare go for a swim now?

Susanna is a siren who's sole purpose in life is to steal weird shit from sailors. No she's not interested in leading men to their doom. No she's not interested in becoming human and walking on legs. GIVE HER THE WEIRD OBJECTS!!! She can get a lot of money off the underwater black market for them, thank you very much.

I absolutely love putting Lydia in Warden colors, and I thought that this fit was so CUTEEEEE!!! I can totally see her rocking it in game. All Lydia wants to do is read her tiny little book!! Also, peep the blood pendant around her neck 👀

I'm not really too sure what tiny Susanna is doing. Is she going to eat the blueberry? Did she spear it with her sword? Or is that blueberry going to find itself sailing towards Lydia's head while she tries to read? Who knows! The day is young.

Lydia and Neve are out for a walk on a gorgeous day!! Lydia's planning on giving Neve a poem she wrote for her, and she's got it all wrapped up in a cute little envelope. Hopefully she's brave enough to read it, hehehe

Susanna and Bel got some matching bracelets for their anniversary. And, true to Zan fashion (canon as of 10 minutes ago), she's got a lollipop. Maybe they'll go on a date, later, but for now they're fully engaged in whatever nerdy rambling they get up to together!
