this whole au/idea was built off of vstrid having a no good very bad mental due to beef qualling to playoffs/doing well in ranked and vstrid not being able to do the same (i have to make vstrid suffer sorrey). my original idea was beefstrid being childhood friends who bonded over ranked - always evenly matched in skill and maybe the two best runners in their city. but eventually beef gets invited to move to a different city where ranked HQ is. beef doesn't want to leave vstrid but they don't want to turn this opportunity down. vstrid didn't even tell beef he loved them before they left

also i don't know if the lyrics are 100% accurate there was exactly one website with an english translation
