It's been over 6 months since I've had my fave snack - thin & crispy beef jerky aka beef chips! Saw this at some kind of "local made" fair @pearlridge today and had to try @tasty_jerky_hawaii 's version. I sampled their spicy chips but went with this black pepper one. Made with grass fed Big Island beef, It was ono but could use more pepper imo.
