My Bedroom Setup.
The Essential Casper matress review: medium firm, sleeps a little warm, doesn't offer much mid back support but more than a firm matress would.
I have sacroiliac pain and I've been liking sleeping on this matress. I've tried extra firm, firm, medium firm and medium matresses within 8 months. Sometimes though, I feel like the Casper let's my pelvis sink In a little too much creating a little pain. Sleeping on my side is a little painful due to the lack of support it has. My mid back feels a little stiff in the mornings.
However, it's the best so far in terms of affordable matresses. But I recommend firm matresses for painful sacrums which resonate through your lower back. However firm matresses do not support your mid back.

Why Your Bed Is the Best Investment You’ll Ever Make
