Trying to manifest my inner @davedurante. Don't let the simplicity of these moves fool you. They're hard! Each is a progression to a full on Planche. A move few humans can do (unless of course you're an accomplished gymnast). These are: 1. Wheelbarrow planche 2. Tuck planche 3. Straddle to tuck planche With each of these my objective is simply to hold the position for a couple of seconds. (I had varying degrees of success.) Even if a legit Planche isn't attainable for many of us, the progressions to this move can help in shoulder strength, wrist flexibility and strength, and midline stability. Imagine what you could do with stronger shoulders, more flexible wrists and a stronger core. Dare I say clean and jerk PR's would be on your horizon? @powermonkey
