Rareships, common ships, Virat OTPs-- just send them all my way. I'm looking for a comprehensive list because trying to track this down on AO3 is becoming tiresome 😅

my fav getty images from team india's celebrations post world cup win. (part 1)
Buck 119 Special fixed-blade knife celebrating America's Semiquincentennial (250th anniversary).
every time i see arsh and abhay together during this t20 world cup, i end up really missing shubhi too – they're the 3 punjabi musketeers it feels so weird not seeing the third one together with them :((
also just something about them all being in the same age group and climbing through the ranks together, making their ways from small pinds in punjab to now international levels where people from different countries know their names... man, shubman should've been there in the squad at least. a part of this journey is going to feel so incomplete :((
caring about sports is so weird because ye aadmi log field pe bakchodi kar rhe hai??? merko itna farak kyu padta hai?? but i care so much for some reason????
BHENCHOD JEET GAYEEEEEEE

this entire series has been a one sided landslide. i really need all of you to work this out, please. our pride is down the drain. zimbabwe is coming up really really fast and if you guys can't pull off a convincing win there, then i really don't know what else to say.
whitewashed. for the first time in history. twice. back to back. lots of things to think about eh?

maybe im too woke but honestly bcci's restrictions firstly on partners travelling with players and now this honeytrapping alert reeks of misogyny to me. like idk i can't understand the risks that come with being a high profile celebrity and maybe this is just my general mistrust of the bcci but to see them say that honeytrapping is a "well documented" risk and that "honey-trapping pervade[s] high profile sporting environments" seems very weird to me especially when i try to look it up and all i find are 'bcci is warning ipl players of honeytrapping' and 'honeytrapping is a risk in online dating spaces'. maybe it is common idk maybe *i* just couldn't find the documentation of this well documented phenomenon but this just comes off to me as a continuation of their thing of treating wives and girlfriends as distractions. which actually is misogynistic without any doubt btw. invading players' personal lives and spaces is ridiculous and stupid and treating these already highly scrutinised people like children is condescending at best. but to put blanket restrictions on even who can spend time with them seems weird to me idk. idk women in general are statistically more likely to be placed in sexually compromising positions even if they don't have the kind of celebrity and exposure the men do (and women were placed in this position while in india during the world cup last year) and yet you don't see the bcci being concerned about Them being honeytrapped or being put in sexually compromising situations or asking their team managements to remain vigilant and proactive or whatever. idk im just annoyed that cricket is such a men's space and they treat women as invaders of these spaces and not just as people who will sometimes be a part of the lives of the men who play this sport.
