Week 1 - Arms & Abs
I am still so incredibly sore from BBG Week 1 Legs on Monday, but I’m going to power through it today and get in Week 1 Arms & Abs! I initially had the day off today (and kinda wishing I’d kept it that way...), but I picked up a quick serving shift later tonight, so I’m making sure to get my workout in well before my in time so that I have noooo excuse. “Just do the damn thing,” am I right?
