How is it #bbgweek7 already? The last 6 weeks have flown by, and while I have come so far in these weeks, I still have so far to go. Not only do I have the next 6 weeks of this guide, but I still have work to do to stay healthy for the rest of my life I have felt discouraged these past two weeks. It always happens that when I working out, my stomach begins protruding much easier from simple things like drinking water and eating normal amounts of food. I feel like I'm working so hard, yet I look and feel worse than I did when I began working out. It's usually about this time that I quit. NOT THIS TIME!!!
