(For those that don't remember, since it was very briefly mentioned, Joaqin was that guy at the Buenos Aires Institute and was uncomfortable with the whole 'hate downworlders' environment but wanted a job, and Juliette was that werewolf called 'Queen of the Shadowmaket'. Anyway, Joaquin immediately fell in love with her and Juliette was just like 'girl what', and now Joaquin is in charge of the institute and they're working together. Anyway, they're here now because I needed a replacement for jaime x dru, and I do find the potential for their relationship to be interesting.)
