Hello, Basil! I certainly would! The title is from Pink Floyd's Another Brick in the Wall!
Our story begins with a young Jon Sims, age thirteen who's just gone off to his first proper boarding school: The Magnus Institute. He's not alone; however, there is a group of other children: Sasha James, Tim Stoker, Martin Blackwood, Melanie King, and Basira Hussain who are all in his year.
But all is not all as it seems. For starters, the courses don't make much sense at all and the teachers are all...a bit stranger. To say nothing for the Headmaster, one Elias Bouchard, who seems to only appear right at the worst possible moments and the ever-elusive Gertrude Robinson who Jon only ever hears about in passing whispers. Or the fact that none of Jon's classmates seem to quite remember where it was they came from...
As the story continues, Jon learns more and more about his fellow students. The circus, the fog, the spiders that seem to lurk around every corner. Where, exactly, did Michael Shelley disappear to? Why does Gerry Keay always carry that book?

I’m okay,”Then added a quick, “If something’s wrong, you’ll be the first to know, alright?” “I’d better be.”She pouted a bit. “What kind of big sister would I be if I didn’t know how you were?” “Oh—come off it, Zel. You’re older by, what, a minute and a half? It barely even counts!” “It totally counts.” “Nuh-uh.” “Yuh-huh.” A long silence followed, the twins staring at each other defiantly, waiting for the other to break. Like always, it was Fable who broke first, eyes darting away to the side as she giggled. “I win,”Legend smirked softly.
