Timelapse video made with Clip Studio Paint, to show the drawing process. I didn't use a pose reference for this so I struggled with the positioning of the legs and foreshortening of the arms. At some point, I want to turn this into a fully finished drawing.

On the morning of his coronation, Bart Fatima sits holding a copy of his father's will in his hands. His hair is disheveled from a restless sleep. The morning light of Aveh weighs on his shoulders as he contemplates his father's words. Bart thinks about everything that has led up to this moment, everyone's efforts and sacrifices to regain the throne. He thinks of Sigurd, of Maison, of Margie, of the people of Aveh who have suffered through war. He knows what he is going to do.
