Wat is Barneveld

When I was 18, I was studying to become a vet tech and lived in a farm house with 10 other students.

Our college regularly organised parties, and by that I mean... FARMERS UNITE kinda bashes. The boys would arrive by tractor and wear wooden shoes, and would lose their minds when the DJ inevitably played 'oerend hard' (Dutch song). There was a lot, a lottttt of alcohol involved.

As we were pre gaming for one of these evenings, I drank so much that I blacked out while still sitting at the table with my housemates. Ended up never leaving the house but was very sick instead.

But during another one of these occasions... I remember my boyfriend riding my bike, with me sitting behind him on the rear rack. We were headed for The Event. Drunk out of our minds and having the time of our lives. I had a wine bottle in my hand that I'd take a few swigs from whenever I felt like it. I suddenly decided I had far too much wine left and couldn't have any more. So I flung the bottle into the grass by the side of the road, and we never once paused. We all just laughed and kept acting stupid.
