Balan

~ As soon as he figures it out he looks at you with a mischievous grin.

~ "Throwing short people month?~ This sounds fun!"

~ If you try to run, Balan will not only catch up but out speed you.

~ As soon as he gets his hands on you hes either throwing you in the air (and catching you before you can even start to fall) or if you are afraid of/would hate that he'll throw you into a pile of soft things to break your fall, he will then offer to cuddle with you.

Lance

~ When he finds out what month it is you get to see a rare not frown.

~ "Better start running~" He warns giving you a head start.

~ Not that it would matter, he's going to catch you. Maybe he just likes a chase?

He was really confused but didn't do much about it, just followed them around watching to make sure they were safe before they went back to a place where they were safe that they can sleep peacefully and even then he'll watch for a little longer. Curious. Will they do it again?

But they don't mind they/them or even she/her. They can both ship-shift so sometimes she/her is more appropriate, not a lot of the time but every now and then they would be.

He angry? They puff up/out to make himself look bigger. Small twitches from the end only? He's annoyed. The entire tentacle twitches/shakes/rattles? He's in love.

To wrong Balance can be done in a couple of ways attacking him and actually managing to hurt him, hurting the Tims or Negati (Balance cares for and protects them both), Threatening a visitor/inhabitant are just the ones off the top of my head.

For the second part of the question i'm confused if you are asking what would bring Balance into happening or what a person would have to do to wrong Balance but i already answered one i'll try to answer what would cause a fusion between Balan and Lance.

Balan and Lance would have to have VERY strong feelings for either someone else or each other and the fusion would be deemed a last resort, if Balance finds he likes existing he may hold together longer then what is required and just start relaxing in his new existence.

If they could fuse into one being his name would of course be balance, he'd be taller then Balan or Lance, his hair would fair from one hair type to the other, Balance's heels would be much taller and there would be gold decor across his entire outfit. At least that's what i think. I think that his personality would be extremely kind and compassionate at first but as soon as someone wrongs Balance, he will END that person. (So nice but ready to snap at any moment.)
