in general i think he hates sloppiness and/or laziness. like the quickest way to get on his shit list is to turn in a half assed report or to cut corners on patrol. i also think he hates people that feel entitled to his time like interviewers and occasionally over excited side kicks.
now the things i do at work that piss him off is banter over the plans and strategies just to check for holes. and he thinks i’m way too “nice” to everyone because i smile at our assistants when they bring coffee.
