My second attempt at making croissants and I think I'm getting the hang of it! Tried a new recipe and process and I think I'm gonna stick with it for my upcoming third attempt. This batch is definitely larger than the first, and have that trade mark flakey texture that the first batch didn't. Howecer my rolling technique needs some work..lol.
