Some ppl shouldn't have kids especially when they dont have the right mindset to offer emotional support to their children...using your kids as a punching bag will only wreck them...being an unreliable parent...or emotionally abusive just ends up fucking up a perfectly good child

being told that âI will make you life a living hellâ by my dad fucked up my trust in him.
đ Today is Wear It Purple Day!! đ I don't own much purple clothing, but I recently dug this hat out of storage. Fun facts about this hat: 1. I have owned it since I was in primary school. #90skid 2. It still fits my head (in fact, it fits my head better than some of my 'adult' sized hats). 3. I religiously wore this hat while skateboarding because it had Bart skate boarding on it, and my friends would complement my hat. 4. Before I had any words to describe my gender, or even knew that the thoughts and feelings I had relating to my gender shouldn't be something I was ashamed of, THIS HAT MADE ME FEEL LIKE MYSELF. It affirmed me, it gave me confidence, it 'fit me', it helped me move through the world - a scary world in which I was picked on for not being girly, was called a "man" as an insult, in which tomboy was both an insult used against me and a badge of honour I chose/tried to wear with pride, a world in which I was told I couldn't get my hair cut short like I wanted because " I already looked too much like a boy" #badparenting #lookatmenowdadđ 5. Due to iso, I am now sporting a haircut similar to what I wanted in the 90s (but was too shy to ask for and instead asked for a more "feminine" short hair style, which I was denied), so I am rocking that length and middle-part, and I am embracing it with love and pride, and have named it "the 90s flop". I wish that as a young person I had of had Wear It Purple Day, so I could have known I wasn't alone, or weird, or wrong. Now, I celebrate Wear It Purple Day (and other pride and LGBTIQA+ awareness days) so that the generations coming after me know that they are amazing - not "inspite of" - but INCLUDING their LGBTIQA+ identity!!! #transgender #trans #transmasculine #nonbinary #transchristian #nonbinarychristian #bisexual #pansexual #bisexualchristian #pansexualchristian #queer #queerchristian #fearfullyandwonderfullymade #queerfullyandwonderfullymade #lgbtiqa #wearitpurple #wearitpurpleday #wearitpurpleday2020 https://www.instagram.com/p/CEaxm9fl2zygCUikTXesKaZLcGGT6knqK2GSLY0/?igshid=3qvt9v18ea83

Finding any way I can to get through homeschooling, work full time and nurse a hangover all at the same time....Â

PSA NUMBER 2
Because apparently thereâs more stupid stuff I can cover
Parents,
To those who kick out your kid because theyâre LGBTQ+, what happened to be kind? Or love the neighbor? Love thy family? You fostered that! You loved that up until the point where they arenât you. They arenât straight, or they arenât cisgender, and suddenly they become something you can throw on the streets? I have no experience in this, but I can imagine being told by your parents âI wonât raise __â. But hereâs the thing, YOU DIDNT RAISE THEM!
If you raise your child, you love them no matter what. You love them when theyâre sad or angry or happy. If you raise your child, youâre raising them through happiness AND hardships. If youâre kicking your kid because they arenât straight or arenât cisgender, youâre not raising them.
Oh, suddenly your child isnât worth your love? Because a girl liking girls is against your personal beliefs? Or itâs only okay when itâs for entertainment purposes? What about your âsonâ who doesnât want to be a boy? Or your âdaughterâ who doesnât want to be a girl or a boy? So what if your kid likes two or more genders?
This is intolerance.
