Badb made peace with the idea of death when they were young. They were content being solitary and standoffish until they were killed by a monster or a pissed off client. But they just… kept on living. And aging. They never slowed down, adapting to their aching knees and draining energy to avoid the shame of lying down to wither away.

Then they weren’t alone. They fell in love with Shadowheart and wanted so badly to take care of each other. But to do so, they slowed down. And discovered how much they truly did not want to.

This song would remind them of how that previous acceptance comforted them and how their mortality became a source of their unease.

Eala would be white water. Strong and relentless, without discrimination or care for what she may wash up to shore or hold under the roaring waves. Incredibly beautiful and conquering.

Badb knows a promise may be all they have to give and would not make any lest they be under the most dire circumstances.

26. What would they want for their funeral? 

Mahtab wants a party! No way in all the hells will this woman die in any way that doesnt take her kicking and screaming and wants everyone who loved her to know that. She wants drinking and laughing while people are sharing their most ludicrous stories about her. (i do know how most of my ocs die and i believe that mahtab is the only one who goes out the way she wishes to: violently, while protecting those dear to her.)
