Recognise worries and fears that are weighing on you.
Identify the ones you can control, and the ones you cannot.
Meditate on the ones you can. Ask your Deity for advice. Let them guide you to the best outcome.
Bring the fears that you cannot control to your Deity. Be honest about your struggles. Ask them for help. Ask them to ease your anxiety. And let them free you of those worries.
Always have a few hymns ready to make you feel better and at ease.
