This Bloody Mary with Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeo Popper will liven up your brunch or happy hour. It's a tasty and hot take on the traditional Bloody Mary, combining the robust flavors of bacon-wrapped jalapeo poppers with the classic Bloody Mary. Ideal for people who enjoy a hint of heat in their drinks.
Ingredients: 6 slices of bacon. 6 jalapeno peppers. 6 oz cream cheese, softened. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp paprika. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 1 cup tomato juice. 2 oz vodka. 1/2 oz lemon juice. 1/2 oz Worcestershire sauce. 1/4 oz hot sauce. Ice cubes. Jalapeno slices and bacon strips for garnish.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 375F 190C. To lessen the heat, cut the jalapeo peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes. Combine the softened cream cheese, paprika, onion, garlic, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each half of a jalapeo. Put a piece of bacon around each cream cheese-filled jalapeo and fasten it with toothpicks. Once the oven is preheated, place the bacon-wrapped jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy. Make the Bloody Mary mix in a pitcher by mixing tomato juice, vodka, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce while the jalapenos are baking. Mix thoroughly. When the jalapenos wrapped in bacon are done, take them out of the oven and allow them to cool slightly. After adding ice cubes to glasses, top the ice with the Bloody Mary mixture. Add a bacon-wrapped jalapeo, a slice of jalapeo, and a strip of bacon as garnish to each glass. Enjoy your Bloody Mary with Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeo Popper!
