what did i miss
three years ago, the creator of two scoops (thumbcramps) drew a racist, ableist, and transmisogynistic parody of an artist’s homestuck headcanon pic and didn’t really apologize for it. while its true that people can change from who they were years ago thumbcramps never did. she instead tried to sweep this under the rug
so when she announced making this vn game on kickstarter her past caught up with her and rather than make an apology, she accused others of thinking that her current work wasn’t genuine (it isnt lmao), had other people on her staff apologize for her instead of doing it herself, tried to pull the “i have black/lgbt people friends” card, BLOCKED people of color who called her out, and overall showed that she did not for a moment actually cared about people of color or gay people; she just cared about their money
