like. he loves her so much. like felicity is his pride and joy, the last bit of light in the darkness he surrounds himself with. he would do anything for her -- except for the one thing he needs to do. which is stop FUCKING KILLING/TORTURING THESE CERTAIN PEOPLE OVER AND OVER

and gods, felicity loves her dad so much. like, he willingly supported her being trans, he spent so much time with her, like, vyn was a REALLY GOOD DAD. he just fucking sucks as a person, and it hurts her so bad when she starts realizing that her beloved dad is a monster in every other aspect.

like I want to try and make it so one of her biggest journeys in the story/comic is realizing that he isn't a good person. he might be a good dad, but he isn't a good person. And i just knoooooow it breaks her heart. I think she denies it until it's right in front of her, like there's EVIDENCE he hurt her friends, and she just breaks, because she knows it;s true, but she's been trying to deny it for so long that it's HARD on her.

and she realizes she has to help stop him before it's too late, before she becomes complicit in his actions just because she's his daughter/heir.

I just really think it's funny that my own oc is moon themed, and two of my favorite ocs from artists I really love happen to be star and sun themed. it just. UGH it's so fun to me, celestial body comparisons my beloved.
