Well folks yesterday marked day 365. Three Hundred and Sixty Five straight days of running 4 miles or more and many kinds of other work outs and physical activity. I’ve lost 82lbs (still going for more) and feel so sooo much better in my body. I’ve had so much support, my lovely wife @everythingshayna my biz partner @stevechavez my entire family and tribe really, supporting this getting in shape journey. @mauigrl59 thank you for the Optavia box to kick it all off. I’ll always appreciate and love that. Thank you to everyone who called me fat, chubby, big boned, big Michael…. (All in love of course) but it helped a lot…. It took years for me to see it, to have the courage to believe in myself. I’m very proud today, one full year not ONE day off even through vaccination lol. Just keep on keepin on I’d say. I eat better, I care for my body better and I hope live a healthier lifestyle for the rest of my life. Today will be a recovery day (however I’ll walk so I close my rings @stevemuttram 😝). It’s a good Monday folks. Go out there and do your thing… my new thing is being a runner, proud to say that. Last thing… yesterday after running over 4 miles, I played 18 holes of golf with my dearest friends @stevechavez @joeydudek @ryanschavez (thanks for the pix guys) and then league night softball 🥎 with “Nice Try” team, we won and I cleared the bases with an off the fence triple.
