OO-DWD was one of no less than 35 BAe 146 and Avro RJ operated by the Belgian regional Delta Air Transport (no relation whatsoever to the US major) or DAT in short on behalf of the flagcarrier Sabena, serving feeder routes and secondary, regional destinations in the network. Shortly before the demise of Sabena in the wake of the crisis rattling the aviation industry after the 9-11 terrorist attacks in the US, Sabena began introducing a modified livery replacing the predominantly white look with a dark blue fin and matching titles, cowlings etc. as shown above on OO-DWD. Also note the small DAT logo stickered next to the forward passenger door.
