I realize that I *NEED* learn to pace myself with people. I speak to hyperly. Too lengthy.
I really see now, How much trouble I have always had managing my time for homework when i was a kid. And now as an adult my hobbies, crafts and yard work etc.
Like tonight after a nap, I cleaned parts of the house and I extended my time by 30 minutes every time. It's 5 an now. I'm in bed.
Even my written journals and these little Tumblr ones can drag on. I need to be trim. Not carry on in my thoughts or in text.
I also see how I have many social problems.
Trying to hard, Too much, to be liked. Or too little pulling into myself.
And OVERSHARING. I have to stop that.
I want to heal in the loss of my dad, by learning better skills. I need to look into a doctor again.
There's open time now. I have to live my life for my dad.
