We barely know anything about Mihawk yet we still have enough to say he's definitely on the spectrum. He rarely shows his emotions, rarely changes his expression and just stares at people with his big ol' eyes, always speaks monotonously, and the only exceptions relate to his special interest in swords, which he's called the World's Strongest Swordsman, and he's shown little passion for fighting since there was no one at his level of skill with a sword. He ended his rivalry with another character (Shanks) when he lost his arm and couldn't fight Mihawk fairly anymore, and the only passion he's shown was when fighting Zoro since he saw the potential for Zoro to rival him and give him fun fights again. He's portrayed as perpetually bored and shows little interest in anything really until he's given hope that he can have fun and challenging sword duels again, that's how strong his special interest in swords is.

Mihawk is also very isolated, and when he does interact with people he's always blunt and doesn't entertain other people's antics. The man lived alone in a castle on a deserted island until Zoro and Perona were literally thrown at him. Not saying introversion equals autism, but we're told that Mihawk experienced betrayal in the past (possible sign of rejection sensitivity) and all the other characters respect his swordsmanship but otherwise are either scared of him or see him as odd and reclusive. It's pretty clear Mihawk is ostracized to a degree and scared of being taken advantage of again, so he isolates himself not just because he's an introvert.

This last point isn't as strong as everything else but Mihawk could possibly be texture and food sensitive. This man canonically has multiple of the same outfit in different colors, has only ever been seen drinking red wine, and he's shown to farm and cook for himself and I like the headcanon that he does this so he can trust his food won't trigger any of his sensitivity.

And that's my propaganda on why Mihawk is for the autistic goths and sword fanatics to claim as theirs!
