I'd give this book a 10/5 stars! A-MA-ZING!!! ♥ I seriously love this book! It is packed with danger, drama, laughter, happiness, sadness, enemies...you think of it and it IS in this BOOK! I love the main character -- Haven -- she is bold, strong, herself, independent, caring, loving, selfish, stubborn...and more. The story itself is so good! It'll let you read as much as is not healthy anymore, but at the same time you want to take a break...not because the plot story is not good, but because you don't want the book to end so soon! I personally didn't like the ending of the book, because it ended unsolved and I thought that they will at least solve the main problem with Bell, but I guess I can live it that. I 100% would read and will read the 2nd book. I loved the writer's writing and thinking, I would say. I also find it really interesting how the writing involved/created a "new language" for the book. Since not a lot of writers do this, but it was amazing.

In honor of one of my favorite authors and series (COMING FEB 18TH) I've created two images for this review 🙈 one dark theme for my love Stolas and a light theme for Archeron the sun lord 💫 (the two romantic interests in the series) King Maker follows on from the last two books after our girl Haven has broken the curse crippling her land 👊 but bearing the title of Curse Breaker comes with certain challenges and dangers for both her and Prince Bell. We get thrown into Solaria the land of the sun lords and get thrown curve ball after curve ball 🔥 the whole book is action packed and fast paced in typical Audrey Grey style. I found this has a little slower start building to a bigger crescendo. Just an observation if you'd read the other books 💁 if you loved ACOMAF by Sarah J Maas you'll love this book. It's got the similar action packed, angsty Romance twists and thrilling reveals👍after finishing I found myself so satisfied with everything. The storyline was well plotted and came together perfectly. The action was realistic and exciting and the romance... OMG MY HEART. That's all I'll say 😂 Once again my Kindle notes for this book are HILARIOUS. Early on I figured out a certain person being a see you next Tuesday and then when it happens in the book my notes are rampaging 😂😂😂 there's also a lot of beautiful quotes but I don't want to share them because they might be spoilerish 🙅 Either way, read this series! This beauty had been popping up in a couple of my book groups and being described as perfect for fans of Sarah J Maas and Holly Black I knew I had to try it and thank god I did 😂 the minute I finished this I pre-ordered the sequel. Yes. It's that good. If you like SJM, Holly Black and a badass female discovering her place and powers in the world then DEFINITELY at least give this a try 🙏 There are some cliches in terms of the struggle between light and darkness, discovery of magic powers and potential love triangles BUT they are well executed and unless you have a SERIOUS issue with these tropes I doubt it will effect you it's literally the only thing I could think of as a caveat 😂 Otherwise the characters and their relationships are diverse and fun to read.
