Inktober day 3 is crown
I had to go with The Cruel Prince for this one. I actually ended up doing 2 versions so today is a two-fer! This crown has such a bloody and convoluted journey. If you haven’t read this series by Holly Black, I thoroughly recommend you get started. An excellent YA series for those of you who don’t want the spice.

Was a tough book to read. Took me a while to get into the book. Wouldn’t say it was a bad book, just wasn’t my cup of tea. The last about 70 pages were good though. I will read book two just to see what happens next.

General Madoc in Exile
Am I the only one who imagines Madoc exiled in the mortal world while getting REALLY GOOD at sword fighting with his feet? It feels like a good loophole to the whole “never laying hands on a weapon” sentence.

sempre acho que nessa parte, onde a jude fala pro cardan que ele acha que ela n é digna de locke, o cardan entende que aquilo é um sinal e que ela tá se referindo a >>ele<<, o próprio cardan.
então ele entende algo como "Você acha que eu não te mereço"
e ele responde "Ah não, eu acho q somos perfeitos um pro outro", soq montando a frase no mesmo verbo que ela.
não sei se dá pra entender, mas essa foi a minha interpretação dessa fala dele, considerando que ele não pode mentir. talvez seja óbvio, mas levei um tempo pra entender kkkk
