When a bird-light-kid-thing hatches or reincarnates, they usually start in the hatchery area which is basically just Aviary village don't hurt me.
The next area isn't the Isle (I scrapped it, sorry :'(
It's the forest with the spirit/elder/godd of Dawn.
One thing is that the rain in the forest doesn't diminish the bird's light like it does in the game. I don't wanna frustrate them immediately. But it does slow them down. (Kinda like rain and climbing in botw) (Fuck climbing in the rain in botw I hate it)
The next area is the prairie (mainly the sanctuary islands and bird nest) home of the spirit/elder/godd of Day
It wimdy there but also lots of waterfalls and flowers n shiz.
Next area is the valley where the spirit/elder/godd of dusk resides. It cold and snowy but you get to ski soooo.
Little legend/my reasoning for giving the valley the dusk godd is becuz I thought it'd be cool that they were the one that carved the valleys into the islands. Because snake. :3
Then we get to the wasteland pt one (graveyard), home of the spirit/elder/godd of midnight. This area is where the great storm happened (when the light and dark creatures started fighting each other) it's devoid of life and full of bones n stuff.
Then, "natural progression" would state that they go to wasteland pt two/Eden next. Its name is Battlefield because this is where the fight continued even years after the first storm. This place is the danger place.
After the battlefield, you find the temple of Luma and Umbra. It's basically something like the lightning temple from totk, the ancient cistern from skyward sword, and the stone tower temple from Majora's mask. Think of that as you will.
But uhhhhhhhh. If the bird-light-kid-thing gets through the temple, they get to meet their godds! :D
If they die, they go to a similar place like Orbit in Sky where instead, they meet Koedmai :D
There's three extra places- the library (vault), cave of prophecies (Umbra's Void), and another place unrelated to sky :) (called Luma's House of Mirrors)
The library is accessible from the forest, prairie, valley, and graveyard. It's kind of like a rite of passage place the same way the temple is.
The Hatchery does look like aviary village, but like. Vertically stretched. It's tall.
The forest is basically the same, that one didn't change. I loff giant trees ❤️
The prairie also stays the same (lazy)
The valley stays the same I think tooo
The library, however, is connected to a different story completely separate from Sky. If anyone knows about my oc the Librarian... :3
Basically the library is the world at the fingertips of these bird-light-kid-things. Fun.
The graveyard is the same as the graveyard in the golden wastelands, but without giant monsters that wanna krill you. It's just. A sad place. With grey water (tears from Luma and Umbra) the water doesn't hurt physically but it hurts you emotionally. Because I hate you.
The battlefield is basically the graveyard but with monsters of every size that want to and absolutely can krill you.
I already said what the temple is like.
Umbra's Void is well. A void. But uhhhhhhhhhhhh. I gotta think what would go there.
And Luma's House of Mirrors is less a house of mirrors and more a forest of crystal plants that reflect light in rainbows :3
And then the reincarnation area thingy is basically the same as Orbit.
