This is what I do when the doctor grounds me to the house because they don't want my asthma exacerbated by the poor air quality, micro-inversion, and smoke from the fires. I'm off to draw and paint, so if anyone needs me that's what I'll be doing. #watercolor #acrylicpainting #paintbrushes #asthma #asthmatic #asthmaattack #asthmaprobs #paintlife #imgrounded #timetodraw #drawing #doodles #artist #artistslife #artistsofinstagram (at Franklin Design Forge)
To the woman smoking pot at the train station.
Thank you. I can't breathe now. And by the sound of your hacking- you can't either.
You know what sucks and is scary
Having a blood clotting disorder as well as asthma and not being able to tell which is the reason why you can’t breathe tonight.
Had to use my nebulizer at work and I looked like a huge dweeb.

Poor perceiver and EF issues
*is mysteriously tired all day* Afternoon: *panting walking slowly up a hill*
*chest is sore starting in afternoon* *falls asleep at desk a bajillion times at work*
Evening: Waiting for bus: *cough cough cough* brain: Must be something in my throat. Walking home from bus stop: *wheezy wheeze!* *delayed expirations* *cough cough cough*
Get inside: *panting from effort of walk to bathroom* Brain: Hm. Maybe I should check my peak flow? I’m weirdly out of breath. Brain: *suddenly realizes chest is Really Uncomfortable* Brain: *can’t remember where I put PFM* *Starts to look for it* Brain: Screw that, I’ll take my inhaler first. *takes inhaler* *Finds PFM and uses it* PF: *is 72% 20 minutes after 3 doses of inhaler* I really need to learn to check peak flow as soon as mystery exhaustion sets in.
I have asthma but I have no prescribed treatment for it and right now I’m having an awful asthma attack. I feel like I’ve been holding my breath for 10 minutes. My funeral will be at 10am tomorrow. ps Advice is very welcome
