Very few people will tell you the real deal about what it takes to survive when you hit rock bottom. Some have never even seen the bottom, a rock, or been between that and a hard place. So there's nothing real they can tell you. Some are too busy trying to keep you as a friend, fan, or customer to tell you the truth. You'll get plenty of rules, niceties, workouts, formulas, and tips on how to set yourself up for more of the same thing you've been getting plenty of all your life. What they won't give you is the healthy dose of #IDGAF that you really need, in addition to the #DIYHeadExtraction which is the only way to receive it. You see, caring so much about what others think is the natural human balance when you know you're judgemental and/or selfish. Once you realize it's not all about you, only then do you have the freedom to tell people and their opinions of you to kick rocks. Love yourself. Embrace who you are. If you don't like who you are, make the necessary adjustments. Then give others the freedom to do the same.
