Hey, I’ve been in the same situation myself and there aren’t many things that you can do but there are still a few options. 
- do you have a close family member you can trust? Ask to stay with them for a few days and explain to your parents that you just need a break from family life for now. If you need to, rant to them. This can also work with a close friend and/or just going on a school trip. -as much as you might not want to do it, talk to your parents and tell them how they’re making you feel. Sit them down separately and talk to them in a calm manner. Don’t scream or shout, even if they do. -remember: your parents might also have a lot going on right now so make sure to do your bit around the house and keep calm around them
