Not at all! To rose, her adoptive father is her real father. It doesn’t matter if they aren’t blood related, Quentin acts like any other good father would with their kids. Though Quentin can be a little stand-off ish and he isn’t very expressive, he’s very caring towards Rose! They have a very good relationship!
As for how they came togetehr, well, Rose’s parents died when she was the age of 1. Quentin stepped forward to become Rose’s adoptive father mainly because he was best friend’s with her biological mother. It hurt him a lot when she passed.
