Trick! Have some vague, not at all thought out, ideas I've gotten for Hangster in the last 24 hours because my brain is apparently only all about thinking of the vague-ness of idea but nothing to actually to take in a singular direction but in numerous ones!

Rising country singer Bradley (yes, absolutely came to me because I listened to Zach Top's Bad Luck) and the real reason Jake is into the cowboy aesthetic.

Teen Wolf AU, where the Seresin family is the largest pack in Texas and Jake brings Bradley back to meet his family but uh on, he hasn't actually shared the werewolf secret with him. (Bradley knows all about it though, because he's something in his family tree via his mom).

Jealous Hangman (mostly because I saw @the-ace-with-spades posts about it) but give me jealous Jake while trying to get back with Bradley but then still give me jealous Jake because he's absolutely terrified he's going to fuck it up and drive Bradley away again. (trauma from that previous relationship baby!)

Everyone assumes that Jake and Bradley are exes because of how they act throughout the mission and before but are shocked to learn they never were anything. Half because when one was single, the other was taken or deployed halfway around the world and half because they were always terrified to take that leap and give them a real try. So queue the dagger squadron going to ridiculous lengths to get them together.

Jake is absolutely used to topping because of his looks and discovers he's an absolute pillow princess the first time he lets Bradley take charge in the bedroom.

“Take it your weekend was good.” Jake pauses pulling up his jeans, tilting his enough to shoot Javy a questioning look. Only to blink as he sees the bright, teasing grin on his best friend's face as he wiggles his brows at him. Face scrunching up in confusion. “What?” Laughing, Javy shakes his head at him, pulling on his t-shirt. “Your back, man. It’s scratched up to hell and back.” Blinking, Jake lets his lips stretch into a wide pleased smile. Because fuck, he had forgotten how Bradley had kept gripping at him as Jake teased him with the edge of an orgasm for a while last night before finally graces him with falling over the edge.

“I, uh, I actually meant to ask you yesterday but chickened out,” he chuckles. “Figured someone would have locked you down by now.” Jake gives a ruefully little grin as he shakes his head. “Nope. Not locked down.” He pauses to give Bradley another, far more blatant once over before his grin turns a little more teasing, a little more full of want and desire. “Yet.” Flushing darker, Bradley shifts and gives a bigger, bashful smile to him. “My lucky day then.”

Tom eyes Bradley, who’s stretched out on their couch, and sighs before closing his book after slipping in a mark to keep his place. Setting it aside, he pulls off his glasses and gently tosses them down next to his novel and clears his throat. “I think we should make golabki for dinner.” He grins at the way Bradley flinches, flailing his way off the couch.  Chuckling, he raises his brow and waits for the teenager to catch up to what he said. Smile widening at the look of utter delight to cross Bradley’s face at the mention of his third favorite meal being offered to him.

So...uh...the survivalist AU I was telling you about? Yeah, it's not spawned into 2 separate ideas entirely.

The first is the more canon-ish one we were talking about. But I've got it a bit more fleshed out, with it being some kind of freak storm that forces the squad to work together and everyone ragging on Jake for not actually knowing anything and then Bradley, Bob and Halo being absolutely clutch with all the knowledge and know how to get them through it and back to town and safety.

but uh, the second idea is... well. There's age difference, with Bradley being 38 and daddy, and Jake being 19-21 and very princess coded. I have two ways I could take this one.

1, Bradley is hired on as Jake's bodyguard and Jake is kidnapped or at least an attempt was made and they have to trek through the forest/mountains and Bradley shows off his former SEAL training doing all this.

2, Jake gets kicked out of his parents place when they find out he's gay and goes to stay with his grandma (though only person happy and willing to take him in once it becomes open family knowledge on why his parents tossed him out) and Jake damn near swallows his tongue at meeting her new neighbor, Bradley, who is Jake's literal walking wet dream. Still not entirely sure how to work in the survivalist aspect into this but these thoughts will just not leave my mind.

Pacific Rim AU!

So. To be really honest, I don't actually have a solid idea for this one. Because, on the one hand, put them both in a jaeger and force them to truly know each other and have to fight big monsters together is just !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But on the other hand, I can't get over the thought of one of them being a pilot and the other, like head mechanic or something on the jaeger, and being forced to have to stay back while the other goes off to risk their life. It's just !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So. I'm kind of stuck at this dilemma with this one lol.
