Oisuga answered here, but Y E AH oh man I’d definitely like to write some iwasuga, or at least draw some more! I had so much (too much?) fun writing that in TTTC.

(See above!) Yes! I love Suga, he was my first favourite in Haikyuu!! and he remains one of my absolute faves tbh. I have a lot of HCs about him, and he features in a lot of my unfinished fics, so one of these days I’ll finish some :’D

Iwakyou is SUCH a good ship, I adore it. I kind of made myself fall in love with it by accidentally writing it a bit in the background of my Kyouhaba fic, Point all the fingers, and I have a WIP underway where Iwa and Kyou meet again in their early thirties and hook up then :x

I have to say, OiSuga has never really grabbed me and I’m not sure why, although I DID have a conversation the other day about them being terrible gross slobby roommates together, and Daichi and Iwa (respective partners or best friends whichever you want) are just endlessly frustrated and bewildered by it. And Daichi always ends up getting roped into their chores when he goes over whereas Iwa will wait in the hall like ‘fuck that’ and one time he walks in on Daichi scrubbing the toilet and he’s like siiiigh, come on my friend, I’m taking you to get drunk. You don’t have to live like this.

I do have one BokuOi idea although I’m not sure that I’ll write it - if I do, it’ll probably be kinda cracky. Mousecat and I jokingly discussed the idea of bokuroo and iwaoi from the Hello verse trying to go on a double date, only it’s super awkward because Oikawa is so possessive and suspicious of these hot friends of Iwa’s. 

Then someone (probably Bokuto) suggests they go on separate ‘dates’ to get to know each other better. Seeing as Bokuto and Iwa are already good friends, IWa goes on a date with Kuroo and they basically geek about science and stuff for four hours and it’s painfully cute. And then Bokuto and Oikawa have this absurdly competitive gay-chicken-esque date where neither of them wants to back down (and Oikawa probably doesn’t want to admit he finds Bokuto hot) and it’s a hot mess. 

But I’d also like to see something where Bokuto’s earnestness and enthusiasm basically wears down Oikawa’s scheminess. Bokuto to me is like, the natural anathema to manipulation/scheming - he probably falls for it really easily, but he’s so sweet and genuine, you’d feel bad getting one over on him. ALSO as has been stated by many, they’d probably incite each other to keep training until they passed out, but in a lot of ways I think they’d be good for each other.

Anyway. So yeah, I hadn’t thought about IwaDai. I don’t know if I can see that being a particularly romantic ship but I can 100% see steamy encounters post-heavy-gym-session. Gym rat boyfriends/fuck buddies? Bring it to me!

Also I think Mattsun would constantly be making fun of Kuroo for being a sappy little shit and Kuroo would snark at him for having no feelings and they would both play up to it and be sarcastic fucks to each other and pretend they don’t care. And then they’d probably both fail to deal with it because I don’t see either of them as being particularly interested in/good at conflict when it’s something very personal. They’d just let it slide and then probably have some angry make up sex.

I’d like to see the explosion though when they finally crack.

Friend you will almost certainly get your wish! I don’t reaallly have any Bokuroo ideas right now (except for a really long slow burn college fic that’s been simmering at the back of my brain for months), but I have a ton of iwaoi ideas I’m trying to work through right now :x
