The completed Cover Art for my fic, Cherish. 🥺💕 

The original sketch for this artwork had been sitting in my drafts for forever (dating way back to when the story still possessed its original beta name, in fact) — abandoned for well over a year to two years, due to the fact that I, myself, cannot replicate the original BSD manga/light novel style for the artwork or shading as I had envisioned it.

However, after finally securing a collab with my incredible friend, @asachuu, whose artwork technique and style I have admired for a very long time (but have always been too shy to ask for help with my fic), I was finally able to see this idea brought to life through his amazing and unique talent. 💕💖🥺💖💕

I’m extremely happy and proud to actually present this to all of y’all now, and I hope you’ll look forward to this tale’s future.

Back when I had asked my dear friend and co-artist @asachuu to create a beginning title art piece for this arc of Cherish, there were a number of very beautiful and incredible concepts that did not end up becoming the chosen art for that purpose, but all of which I nevertheless adored and did not want to see lost in the process.

It was agreed by both of us that those pieces would still be finished and eventually all find a place somewhere within the fic; this is one of those incredible artworks which I’m proud to say found its way to completion not so long ago. As with the previous work, I had very little involvement in the process due to wanting to give Asachuu full creative freedom in designing it, but I did happily contribute a few minor suggestions and alterations as per my co-artist’s request, and as always, did the typesetting for our URLs myself.

I truly adore this piece, and I’m very excited for it to find its place in the fic quite soon. 🥺💖💕 Given that the theme of Chapter 13 is Arthur reminiscing from his hospital bed on the world he had left behind, recalling the dark and bitter moments of his days beside his universe’s version of Paul, I thought it fitting to use it there as the opening image, symbolizing the glimpse back into the past.

I really hope that all of you will love it too when the new Chapter releases in somewhere under than an hour.

Collab artwork with my fellow artist @asachuu for Chapter 7 of my BSD fanfic, Cherish. 🥺💕 

Although this has only been the second time I’ve worked with him on an illustration for the story, it has truly been a joy for me to be able to call him my partner in crime on this lengthy endeavor of mine; he is truly a talented individual beyond even that of my own abilities and seeing these scenes come to life in his beautiful BSD manga-reminiscent style is genuinely a dream above my wildest imaginations.

My gratitude knows no bounds, as I could in no way have ever done this scene justice without him. 💞💕💖🥺💖💕💞 Thank you so much for allowing me to work with you again on all of this, Art; it really means a great deal more than I could say that you were willing to make this wish of mine come true.

And as for you, my loyal readers and followers, it is beyond a pleasure for me to be able to post and present this amazing work we created together for everyone to see. As we reach the very tail end of Cherish’s first of an anticipated five arcs, I’m very proud to share with y’all another collaborative work with my very wonderful, talented, and dedicated co-artist @asachuu — this time for a beginning title art piece that will be very shortly after posting this be positioned sit at the front of this arc in the fic itself.

For this particular piece, I wanted to give Asachuu full creative freedom in designing it, so I had very little involvement in the process beyond overseeing the progress — although I did contribute a few small suggestions and whatnot, and decided on and placed the font for the typesetting and the background headers behind that.

Nevertheless, I’m over the moon with the result, as I’ve come to expect when working with my dear friend over the course of this project, and I look forward to our continued teamwork all the way to the end of the story. 🥺💖💕 I hope you all do, too.

Y’all have no idea how happy and excited this made me. I couldn’t have picked a better co-artist if I’d tried.
