Three things shine in the open, not under cover. What three? The sun shines in the open, not under cover. The moon shines in the open, not under cover. The teaching and training proclaimed by a Realized One shine in the open, not under cover.

...time suffered a strange dilation in the four walls of Ozai's prison. To him, it passed in jumps and starts, but he realized his mistake when the Avatar persisted in his visits. Ozai’s account of the days and nights told him that he came four times a year. Each time, it was with clockwork punctuality as if he diverted himself from his routine to make sure he was there.
Ozai knew the responsibility that came with rule, and while the Avatar did not claim dominion over anyone, Ozai knew the impossibility of planning three months ahead in a life so marked by significance.
That was something his father had been quick to impress upon him as a child. Fire Lords bent the world to their will but the very act of exerting power exacted its toll, slaving one to the inevitable drudgery of then zealously guarding it.
If an Earth Kingdom reactionary group decided one day to bomb a crucial trade route, Ozai's time and attention were surely drawn to it. They were the acts of simple farmers turned reactionaries—powerless men who would have been doomed to a life of mundanity had Ozai not presented death as an option. Yet if Ozai hadn't directed his attention to them, the power wouldn't have been his to hold for long.
That's how he knew that the Avatar deliberately made time to visit him. There was no other explanation for the regularity of his visits.

Breath
Day 3 breath (Aang/Azula) @aangtheestallion
“What has Jeong Jeong taught you about firebending?” Azula asked as Aang joined her in the living room.
“Mostly about breathing exercises. Said that firebending comes from the breath.” Aang answered.
“That’s right. Without breath control, you can’t control your fire. No matter the circumstances, a competent firebender must maintain control of their breathing. Lets begin.” Azula said, sitting down motioning for Aang to follow.
"I’m going to produce a flame. You have to keep it alive. But too much and it’ll go out of control.” Azula warned.
She sat in front of Aang and lit a small blue flame.
Aang observed the fire dance in the palm of her hands. It didn't seem dangerous at the moment. He extended a hand and felt its warmth.
"It's like a little heartbeat." Aang whispered.
"It is." Azula said. She snuffed out the candles, leaving the small blue flame as the only light source in the room. Realizing her mistake, Azula quickly changed the color to red. As Aang continued his breathing, Azula eyed her student. The flame gave the room an intimate feel, drawing both benders together.
"You have beautiful eyes, Azula." Aang said.
Idiot. He's supposed to concentrating on the lesson. But it is nice. If i play my cards right, i can do more than teach him tonight.
"Thanks, Aang." Azula said, as she put her hands on his waist. As his breathing was controlled, Azula put her free hand on his crotch.
"Azula!" Aang exclaimed, while keeping his voice soft.
"Calm down. In a fight, you'll have to control your breathing. And as you know, combat can be chaotic." Azula said, as she played with him.
Aang controlled his breathing, as best as he could. He never expected something like this. Despite her… unique teaching, Aang was committed to learning.
Azula leaned against the couch and pulled Aang close against her. Aang appeared to be in a trance as he looked at the living fire, now understanding what Azula and Jeong Jeong were trying to tell him.
"So, anything else you like about me?" Azula purred, as Aang leaned forward.
"You have nice hair. You should let it down." Aang said, as he reached to touch her hair. Azula grabbed his wrist and squeezed hard.
"Long hair and firebending don't go well. If anything, you have the advantage." Azula said.
Aang eyed Azula, and his eyes settled on her lips.
"You have nice lips. The red lipstick brings it out." Aang said. He then mentally slapped himself for such a comment. Yet Azula smiled in response, leaning forward to kiss him. The two passionately kissed, and the fire was dimming. Azula noticed and pointed to his hand.
Aang attempted to create the fire again, but his off the wall emotions caused the fire to quickly light up. Azula grabbed his hands and squeezed them together under hers, and the fire died.
"Remember. Control your breathing, no matter the situation." Azula said.
Aang nodded and held his arms out. Azula created the fire and handed it off to him. Once again, Aang continued his breathing activities, and the fire obeyed. Despite being a firebender herself, Azula started to sweat, and without thinking, removed her bathrobe to stay cool.
"Azula?" Aang croaked.
Azula pushed Aang onto the ground, and the fire was extinguished. The sounds of kissing was all that was heard.
