Ship Sunday: Suki/Ty Lee
This Ship Sunday is all about Suki/Ty Lee, aka Tysuki, a femslash pairing from Avatar: The Last Airbender.
Though they are both minor characters, they have quite a bit of screentime together. This fanon pair first meet during Book 2, where Suki is not seen again after a fight ensues, but they meet again in Book 3. Fans were left to speculate about the characters’ futures as neither of them appear in the sequel show “Legend of Korra”.
Despite their fandom being small, this rarepair has a passionate fanbase, and Tysuki is often present as a side ship to other more popular ships. Their pairing picked up steam after the ATLA Renaissance in 2020, but their page still needs more fanwork examples.
