I love him, the way you drew him is perfect!!! The messy fur on his back makes everything better hehe, looking at his face gives me the impression that he just woke up or is very tired, it's the same energy he had in that one scene in episode 3 when they were taking pictures. And the coloring looks so beautiful 💗💗 This made me super happy!!!

And btw I love your animal designs for In-ho and Jun-ho!! I really want to give a better look at your posts soon, I already love the ones I saw!

#aaaaaa thank you!!#it's about three in the morning and I can't sleep #and something about his face and stance have me in stitches #he looks like he saw a mouse at the corner of his eye and is fighting the instinct to bolt #his PAWS #♣️♣️#everything else about him is a stack of kitchen knives except for the round friendly mitts #I want to pick him up and throw him like a javelin #thanks again! so kind of you to remember! ;v;#gift art #arttsuka #Machete #own characters #edit after some zooming in: the texture on his cassock is so good #you know when you ink on paper and it doesn't saturate the surface fully so there's these white (in this case red) specks #I've tried replicating/highlighting that effect in my own works lots of times #small detail but it adds a lot of character and sense of tangibility to the piece I think

#head in my hands kicking my feet #the beach episode...#what absolute goobers augh I love them so #is that Machete borrowing Vasco's swim trunks in the first one??#worry not Vasco has 50 SPF sunscreen (two kinds even) (not getting sunburnt on his watch)#Vasco's unfettered glee is just priceless #something about the way you draw him just captures his doglike energy so wonderfully I adore his expressions #he looks so happy aa it's contagious #the silhouette on the sunscreen Vasco is so good like if I was a tattoo getting person I'd get that as a tattoo I'm not even joking #and he's so proud of his big fish (the tail!!!)#Machete on the other hand is giving the fish such a sour look it's making me chuckle #(is it because he canonically dislikes seafood? or does he just feel iffy about this specific fish for mystery fish reasons)#Machete is looking snazzy in his turtleneck one piece swimsuit and big round sunglasses #I just realized you could drop him in a beach in the 1920's and he wouldn't look out of place in the slightest in that get-up #tiniest bit of pantaloon fur visible #I keep saying this but the way you use watercolors is just such eye candy every time #the shiny translucency of the swim ring and the water on the last one are just so satisfying to look at #the layered toasty golds and browns on Vasco's ears and limbs and the palest whisper of pink on Machete #the stylized pool noodle legs and the pawlike hands are such a cute combo too #thank you so much! these really made my day #gift art #arttsuka #Machete #Vasco #own characters #modern au #I don't care if it's technically still summer or not the boys deserve their unrestrained summer fun
