At this point I'm just thinking of new ways to ship them.

I haven't even watched Narcos....

I just saw an edit of Javier Pena on tiktok and my mind automatically went onto somehow shipping him with Joseph Quinn....

Soooooo! I've created a character for him!

Middle school teacher Arthur Smith (Joseph) moves to Colombia because a new teaching opportunity popped up for him.

He moved to Colombia, excited to travel across the country and teach somewhere new.

Detective Javier Pena (Pedro) is a young DEA agent who is quickly making his name known in the force. He's good at what he does.

The two happen to meet by chance, maybe due to a case somehow leading Javi to Arthur's school.

Maybe they cross paths again and start to get to know each other, spend time together.

Javi visiting the school after Arthur's finished teaching, Arthur going to the precinct to spend time with the detective.

Also, think of the angst possibilities! A teacher and a detective!?

Overprotective Javier not wanting to get too close to the sweet professor due to the danger of someone hurting him to get back at Javier.

Professor Arthur, loving his job teaching his students, and wanting to spend time with the handsome detective, but not wanting to bother him when he sees him pulling away..

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!?

We could have it all!

Strangers to friends to fwb to misunderstandings to angst to hurt/comfort to getting together to fluff!

Everything.

Sorry I'll stop my rants now.
