We just recieved all the art from @elmhurstd205 for our #artinstallation of the @nationalpta #reflectionsartcontest for K through 12th grade. Every year a new theme is chosen and the artist needs to interpret the theme in one of the six arts categories: #visualarts #music #dance #film #literature and #specialtalent. The 2017-18 theme is "Within Reach." Kids from all over the community submitted. They advanced from their schools to district, regional and finally state. 22 of the entries advanced to state so we have photos of those but everything else is the original art. The Reflections Art show will run until March 9th, where we will celebrate the artists and their work with a #popcorn #artclosing .
