ok but can we take a moment to appreciate Rod? like... he sacrificed everything for a group of people who he barely knew and who didn’t appreciate him. like????? he's so great??? and he constantly sought Amy’s approval and when she didn’t return his feelings, instead of pulling an Aref or a Jacob (both became extremely bitter and aggressive, and did not deserve to be with Amy imo) he just worked harder to be a good friend for her. honestly he's just.... so pure... ugh and when he died I honestly cried so hard like he sacrificed himself for the gang one last time
