Can everyone add context behind their asks, I do not keep track on what posts people refer to. I assume you mean xeno-origins, though my first thought was "what the hell are we talking about"; π
Listen, xenogenic is not always "I interacted with this thing and it gave me full-on plural structure and headmates". Sometimes it's "I like this thing, so I'm gonna include it into my identity", or "I was willed with a thought that I'll (dis)like this thing, I feel like this is a big part of how I am." It's not that different from how people use xenogenders!
Maybe somesys has a personal past with kazoo songs, so they feel like kazoo impacted or inspired their plurality. Or they are a trauma survivor and kazoo songs were often involved in their trauma. Or they just use xeno-origins for the sillies. There is many possibilities.
For example, I'm a catgenic, as you might've seenβ I lived with cats my whole life, they are my special interest. Cats brought me a lot of comfort, a lot of pain and a lot of trauma. We have significant homemates that are cat-based or somehow related to cats. Cats quite literally impact my plurality, my home, my interests and what homemates we form, so "catgenic" suits me quite well. (Though, it doesn't have to be that deep, either. Up to other systems how to use plural origins.)
