thalia looks up to her older sister in a way, even if she isn’t the best influence on her. more so, she tries every way possible to be like her, yet better.

typically clean, but can be a little cluttered at times depending on what she is doing.

not always. with her new surroundings, she’s trying to be a better person. almost as if this were her chance for a fresh start, but thalia wasn’t the best person back home.

depends on how close she is with the person. not generally, no. if she can get something out of it, she probably shouldn’t be trusted.
would they ever purposely hurt someone?
emotionally she has, but physically not on purpose.
what did they leave behind?
an environment made toxic by the competition her and her sister have.

she was pleasantly surprised and it made her unique compared to the rest of her family.
what would they like to accomplish while in town?
thalia wants to use the time to start over, be a more optimistic person and figure out how to control her powers.

he would like to say it’s an organized mess, but it’s typically clutter. all with important information he thinks will prove his theories and thoughts.
are they a good person?
depends on how the other person looks at it. he hasn’t done anything that would define him as a bad person, but he doesn’t know where to stop either to get the answers he’s looking for.
are they trustworthy?
yes. colson has no problem telling the truth, and is a very loyal acquaintance.
would they ever purposely hurt someone?
no, not on purpose. if it happened, it would be by complete accident. it’s why he’s so scared to have the power he does because he doesn’t know the limit.
what did they leave behind?
everything colson believes is his life’s work, even if he doesn’t exactly know where it’s going yet.
what was their initial reaction to finding out they had abilities?
shocked. he tried to shake someone’s hand and it ended with them passing out, something he wasn’t expecting at all.
what would they like to accomplish while in town?
he wants to find answers. why he got the powers in the first place, why they were brought there and the purpose behind it all.
none that would particularly care to look him up anyways. but by blood: a father, a mother, a step mother, and three half sisters.

he’s long ago learned not to put someone on a pedestal. there may be some people who respects for certain traits, but none that he could say is his inspiration.

clean for the most part. definitely organized. he spends most of his time reading and always forgets to eat. the ‘messiest’ part of his room is the coffee table, where there are at least five different books at any point in time.

caden believes people could never be categorized as good or bad, because it all depends on perspective. he would be hypocritical to think of himself as one or the other. (he is good, but he doesn’t think so)

very much so.

not unless it was in a fit of rage, and he’s very careful not to let his emotions get that far.

a life that was worth living. purpose. the thought that he could make a difference in the world. the belief that he wouldn’t die forgotten.

absolute and incredible panic.
10. what would they like to accomplish while in town?
how to keep his powers from hurting anyone else, and hopefully how to keep them from hurting himself.
i’m very dedicated to my causes, and would never back down from a challenge, no matter how difficult or demanding it may sound. i’ve got a one-track mind and it grants me extreme focus on the tasks ahead of me. and i’ve got a wicked beard.

mom, dad, two younger sisters, a step brother and step mom, and some extended family further north.

my mom. it’s always been my mom, just for how she managed to not put up with anybody’s shit and she got the respect she deserved from everybody.

not much has been touched just yet. i rifled through a few things, but before i go to sleep tonight, i’ll probably go through all the shit and manage to put things where i think they belong, and throw out any useless garbage.
5. are you a good person?
sure. i’m better than most, which isn’t saying much considering people really are out here being the worst most days. but i try my best. i’m an honest man, i made an honest living before this, made sure to keep myself out of trouble most days.
6. are you trustworthy?
i think so, at least a little bit. like i said, i’m an honest man, but some people are always just looking for a fight...myself included sometimes. but i try. no reason for any bullshitting around here, so maybe i’ll be able to become better trusted.
7. would you ever purposely hurt someone?
yeah. but never without a good enough reason. i’m a fighter by nature. i box, wrestle, fight, whatever you want to call it, i’ve probably done it. but, there’s purpose to it, there’s adrenaline and a competition among the process.
8. what did you leave behind?
a whole lot of shit. my career, my family, basically everything. not sure how long we’re gonna be here, but i just hope that my family knows that i’m safe and okay, because i don’t want them to worry about me.
9. what was your initial reaction to finding out you had abilities?
it wasn’t good, nor was it pretty. i woke up in a cold sweat, half of me was on fire, and nothing made sense. in that moment, it was like all my nerves were screaming at me because something in my brain knew i should have been in pain, but as my place began to burn, i got out of there and managed to put myself out as i calmed down. the whole thing was surreal, even now it just doesn’t feel real.
10. what would you like to accomplish while in town?
i’d like to get a better understanding of what these powers mean for me, and for the rest of the people that are here. i’m not sure what more i could get accomplished, but i saw there was a community center, maybe there’s some equipment in there so i don’t lose all the work i’ve done on myself.

i’m a headstrong woman, but that doesn’t mean i’m not adaptive. i’m defined by my ability to walk the line of faking it until i make it. people love to feed into any story you make up for them, especially when they come from a pretty face.

my older sister, my tia and tio, an ex i had recently gotten back in touch with, a few friends i’ve kept over the years.

i used to look up to my sister a lot, especially when we were younger, but...now i really have turned into more of a self-sufficient type of person and i get to look up to myself.

if you can believe it already, everything is more or less in a state of disarray. you can’t tell me i’m the only person who went through every shelf, pulled out everything from the closet, and searched the house high and low.
5. are you a good person?
depends on who you ask. i wouldn’t label what i do inherently good, but i never did anything incredibly bad either. who wants to know anyways?
6. are you trustworthy?
some people might not think so, but i’ve certainly got an air of trust to boast. i could make up anything and probably get somebody to believe it’s true. i’ve learned that playing dumb is probably the best tactic in getting others to trust you.
7. would you ever purposely hurt someone?
define purposely. have i hurt someone, yeah. have i hurt someone with my powers, yeah, and i can’t control those. have i intentionally hurt someone, who’s to say? i’ve never wanted to to hurt someone intentionally, but if someone deserves a busted knee cap...then maybe i busted a few kneecaps. i just do what needs to be done.
8. what did you leave behind?
i left behind my old life, without so much as saying good bye, which is weird. left my dead end job...left my other job...hell i left a sitting fortune behind, along with my partners in crime, not that they were useful in the first place. my family, my friends, probably my sanity.
9. what was your initial reaction to finding out you had abilities?
i couldn’t believe it. the whole thing, it was a nightmare and a half. especially when i wasn’t sure how things were moving to begin with. i just hope this place can help bring them under some control so i’m not such a freak like everybody else around here.
10. what would you like to accomplish while in town?
funny, is there anything to even accomplish around here? getting laid would be nice. maybe learn how to actually use these powers before the government really locks me up. if you think i’m gonna say some shit like learn a new skill or something, you’re dead wrong. i’ll attend these precious little training sessions, blend in and give every reason for the people around here to trust me.
