I love the fanfics written by @/arc852, especially the stuff for her BBCAU, but I really do adore them all. She's one of very few fanfic authors I follow (from any fandom) who's stuff is priority reading for me.

I canât help but imagine villain dream and the dream from the borrowers George and Sapnap au meeting. Dream would be appalled after learning how villain Dream used to treat his George and Sapnap. I feel like they would definitely get into a fight. And Villain Dreamâs borrowers would probably be very jealous that their counterparts didnât have to go through the fear and crap that they had to go through. It would be an awkward and potentially angst-filled meeting all around.
This is such an amazing idea! I only managed to write the first meeting + a little bonus scene, but I've already got lots of ideas for this!
It would take place in the future, in the happy ending where villain Dream and the borrowers end up bonding. Villain Dream becomes pretty protective of them, although it sometimes is more like possessiveness, but he does a lot better about listening to them and he's pretty careful about their triggers. They do the same for him, being very patient with him when he struggles with his separation issues and being careful not to make super loud sudden noises, things like that.
However, George and Sapnap would be very nervous around this new Dream because they aren't sure how easy he is to piss off. This isn't as obvious to Dream, but the borrowers do pick up on it. George and Sap try not to say anything about their past because villain Dream has changed and they'd rather just move on, but if/when Dream finds out, he's gonna be very upset.

Dream has no clue what's going on. He was in the middle of making dinner when suddenly he blinked and there was a stranger standing in his kitchen.
How we thought the G/t smp would go
Tiny: help! I am cornered by a scary zombie and am about to die!
Giant: *swooping in heroically and killing the zombie in one blow* Never fear! I'm here to save the day!
How it really went
Giant: *cowering in the treetops in the pouring rain, looking sadly at a hoard of zombies crowding under their tree* help me I am stuck and am going to starve. I cannot hit a single sheep. I am Big and i am going to Cry.
Tiny: *sighs and draws sword* I'm coming, you big baby, hold on.
Devil On His Shoulders And Lesser Demons All Over The Place; AKA Well, There Goes The Metasphere
As a note, I actually don't believe that Mandy is that angsty. The rumors of her sadism have been greatly exaggerated. As another note, I'd just like to apologize to everyone. Inspired by Devil On My Shoulder by Lime. Or the shortened version, DOMS. Which is ridiculous; clearly Mandy is the only dom here.
Words: Just under 2000
Lime sighed, careful not to cause too much movement to his little "shoulder devil" as he secretly liked to think of her. Mandy was great, and the scenarios were fun to think about, but he could never actually write them. He loved his characters too much to ever hurt them permanently. And yetâŠ
Sooooo yesterday I read an excellent story by @arc852 that got me thinking again about giant aliens and I kinda have a story idea that I might or might not actually write out. Here is an exchange between a frustrated Logan and a too-adventurous-for-his-own-good Roman.
"You're an alien. A giant alien. I've been abducted by a giant alien!"
"I did not abduct you; you stowed away."
"I didn't mean to! Put me back!"

Logan and Roman âyou donât have to deal with everything alone.â
When drunk Roman locks himself in the bathroom, Patton turns to borrower!Logan for assistance. This takes place in the same universe as this little story, where borrower!Logan was escaping the three humans.
âLogan?â Patton knocked softly on the bedroom wall, wondering if the borrower would even hear it what with all the music coming from the downstairs apartment. Luckily he did, as Logan came out a moment later, looking only a little annoyed. âSorry, I know the partyâs got you a little tense.â
âIndeed.â Loganâs tone was bordering on snippy.
âItâs just that, well, Roman wanted to come back here to grab something, but now heâs locked in the bathroom, and I canât get in there and he keeps insisting I go back downstairs but come on I canât go to the party alone now everybody will ask where he went! but-â
âWhat does this have to do with me?â Logan interrupted Pattonâs rambling explanation.
âWill you get him to come out?â Patton asked. âOr at least comfort him.â
âWhat?â Logan looked almost appalled by the idea. âWhy me?â
âWellâŠyouâre the only one who can fit under the door.â Patton admitted sheepishly.
âNo, Roman will be fine.â Logan shook his head. âHeâs most likely just being dramatic.â
âPlease Logan?â The human pleaded. âIâm really worried about himâŠIâll get you all the crofters you want!â
Logan paused, having been about to step back into the wall. ââŠyour terms are acceptable.â
Patton cheered, nearly defining the borrower as he scooped him up. It seemed Patton had been drinking as well because he forgot to request permission before grabbing, and that only made Loganâs unease grow about what state he might find Roman in.
âRoman?â Patton called out, pausing to knock on the bathroom door.
âLeave me to my misery!â The door wailed.
âOkay kiddo.â Patton responded as he set Logan down on the floor. âIâm going back downstairs. If you need anything, Loganâs here.â
ââŠLogan?â
âSalutations.â Logan grunted, struggling to squeeze himself through the gap beneath the door. He looked up, noticing that Roman was sat in the bathtub with his knees tucked up against his chest. It was clear the human had been crying.
âWhatâŠwhat are you doing here?â Roman seemed to have paused his tears to stare in bewilderment down at Logan.
âIâm here to assess your mental health.â Logan straightened, brushing off his clothing. âPatton is concerned.â
âIâm fine.â Roman hiccuped, looking a mess.
ââŠI see.â Logan looked unconvinced. â Roman, are you aware you donât have to deal with everything alone?â
âWhat do you mean?â Roman tilted his head.
âI mean, perhaps it would be beneficial if you share what is troubling you.â Logan suggested.
âItâs nothing.â Roman was quick to push the idea away, but after looking at the borrower again he began to tear up and his upper lip trembled.
âUh oh.â Logan muttered, sensing a wave of feelings.
âItâs justâŠâ Romanâs voice was shaky. âOh, every one of my friends hates me and Iâm a piece of garbage, but itâs fine. Iâll just live in this porcelain tub until I die and make life easier.â
âWhy do you think everyone hates you?â Logan pressed.
âThey just do!â Roman insisted, breaking out into full on wailing again.
âOh good lord.â Logan moved closer, making sure he could be heard over Romanâs cries. âRoman, why does Patton hate you?â
âW-what?â
âWhy does Patton hate you?â Logan repeated. âGive me logical reasons why Patton would hate you.â
âWellâŠI havenât been a v-very good friend.â Roman explained. âI left him and I ruined his night.â
âNo, you did no such thing.â Logan shook his head. âYou made Patton concerned, but that was merely because he cares about you. If Patton hated you he wouldnât have gone through all the trouble of fetching me.â
âOkay, but- Virgil hates me!â Roman leaned forwards. âHe hasnât hung out with me in days.â
âNo, Virgil is merely introverted.â Logan corrected. âHe likely needed some time alone to recuperate. You are jumping to conclusions.â
Roman seemed confused by this, his drunken mind clearly struggling to understand why he should remain upset. âButâŠyou hate me.â
âMe?â Loganâs tone was surprised. He was unaware that he held a place of importance in Romanâs life. He rarely interacted with any of his human companions due to his old borrower customs.
âYouâre never around.â Roman insisted. âAnd you act so scared, and you think Iâm dumb, and- and you hate me because I ruined everything for you.â
âRoman, that is incorrect.â Logan stepped even closer, craning his neck back to look up at the human. âDespite ourâŠ.history, I bear no ill will towards you. Indeed, I am actually quite grateful for the .life youâve been able to help provide me, nontraditional as it may be.â
Romanâs tears had stopped by now, as the human stared down at the borrower with a hopeful and awestruck expression.
âAs for intelligence, you are certainly not inferior.â Logan assured him. âYou approach problems with a more creative touch that an individual such as myself lacks. You are a bright student, quite competent in your own right, and you know my opinion in this respect is valid because if you were truly incompetent I would have moved.â
This caused Roman to chuckle. âThanks. I guess I just let my negative thoughts carry me away.â
âIt happens to the best of us.â Logan waved him off. âIndeed, that is why itâs beneficial to ground ourselves with the assistance of others.â
âThank you, Logan.â Roman reached out, quickly grabbing up the borrower and hugging him to his chest. Logan let out a slight âoofâ but otherwise barely flinched, and even managed to give Romanâs chest an awkward pat. Perhaps he was cut out for this after all.
âYou are justâŠthe sweetest individual ever.â Romanâs voice broke, new tears forming.
Logan looked up, confused. Now there were happy tears? Roman hugged him even tighter, a few of the tears falling on Logan. The borrower huffed, wondering how he would possibly get through this night. Perhaps this wasnât worth a lifetime supply of Crofters.
Donât be too hard on him Virge! Remember, he could be being forced to keep going back and talk to the human.
âYou- I knew something was happening.â Virgilâs shoulders began to shake, his lower lip trembling. âBut I never even suspected- ! I knew you were going behind our backs, and I didnât want to believe it, but now Iâve been seen, and youâve been seen, and- and-â
âVirgil, please!â Logan hurried over to comfort his brother, shushing him in the process. âVirgil, calm down. We donât want to wake the others.â
âWhat, so you can do more secret keeping?â Virgil hissed.
âIf we tell Roman, youâll get in trouble for sneaking out again.â Logan reminded him.
ââŠyeah, well, itâs a whole lot less trouble than youâll be in, mister.â Virgil countered. âAnd if we donât tell Roman, weâre all gonna die!â
âLetâs remain calm and rational here-â
âIâm perfectly calm!â Virgil screeched.
They heard a whimpering down the hall, likely Patton tossing and turning in his sleep. Perhaps he had a nightmare.
âAlright, letâs take this outside.â Logan lowered his voice again. Virgil looked at him suspiciously in the eye.
âYouâd better tell me everything.â Virgil warned.
âI will.â Logan nodded, holding open the door. âI promise.â
The two walked a tense silence until they stopped to rest upon one of the support beams of the building, stretching horizontally through the wall. Logan sat at one end and Virgil at the other, both tucking their knees to their chests and looking more than a little bit nervous. Virgil gave Logan a look as if to say âwell, go on then.â
So Logan did. He recounted from memory all that had occurred in the past few months, starting with the notes and leading all the way up to the way he had stormed off this evening.
ââŠso, this was all of your own free will?â Virgil clarified.
âYes.â Logan nodded.
Virgil looked at him for a moment. âHow dare you.â Though his first statement was quiet, his voice quickly grew in volume and intensity. âHow dare you! Youâre putting us all in danger and you didnât even think to tell us? Youâre taking an insane risk here, Logan. And then you knew I was all freaked out about being seen and YOUâRE the one who told me I was being reckless sneaking off and doing that and then you went off and did it but worse!â
âYou have every right to be angry.â Logan murmured.
âWhat were you thinking?!â Virgil continued, looking at him as though he didnât even know his brother. âWhat happens if she goes looking for us?â
âShe has given her word she will not.â Logan argued.
âOh, so weâre trusting the word of a human now?â Virgil scoffed. âYou donât know that sheâs telling the truth! What if she got her hands on Patton, huh?â
Logan tensed. He had never considered the fact that Patton might be at risk, considering the youngest was always home away from all the dangers of the human world. Logan thought less ill of Amanda than he did most humans, but he certainly wasnât willing to stake his baby brotherâs life on it.
âI trusted you.â Virgil looked crestfallen. Betrayed, even. âAndâŠyou put us all in danger.â
Logan didnât know what to say. Everything Virgil said was factually correct.
âLook, Iâm going to bed.â Virgil pushed himself up, looking done with this conversation and still shaken from his own encounter. The poor borrower was exhausted. âDonât do anything thatâll get us killed tonight.â
âVirgilâŠâ Logan gave a deep sigh, deciding not to call after his brother. What was there to say? Instead, Logan got up and headed to bed as well. Perhaps in the morning, things would be better.
Arc: Well, that Third Perspective ending was sad.
Dreamer: Real life doesnât have any happy endings ÂŻ\_(ă)_/ÂŻ
Arc: We canât just leave them like this!
Dreamer: Well what are we supposed to do? Itâs not like the borrowers would go back.
Arc: Sigh, Youâre right. The only thing Iâm thinking of that would bring them back together is having them switch places, but thatâs impossibleâŠ
Dreamer: ...Arc, thatâs brilliant!
Arc: Huh?
Dreamer: We can make them switch places! Weâre the writers, after all. Omg this is going to be so much fun.
Arc: Oh yeah! I almost forgot about that...this is going to be fun. But what should we call it?
Dreamer: a story where we switch their perspectives...a switched perspective?
Arc: ...Genius.
