Ingredients (servings-4) Paneer 250 gm Onion 2 medium Tomato. 5 Green Chilli 3 Capsicum 1 medium ( green papper) Kasoori methi powder 1 pinch Cube cheddar cheese 1/2 (optional) Fresh cream 1/4 cup Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon Turmeric 1/4 teaspoon Ginger & Garlic paste 1,1 teaspoon Water 1/2 cup water Ghee 2 tablespoon Salt 2 pinch Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Methods Step - 1 Heat ghee in a pan and add chopped onion.fry the onion till the golden brown. Make a tomato puree and pour in the pan.cook till masala leaves the sides of pan ghee. Step - 2 Stri the mixture well and add the Ginger Garlic paste now add the masalas ,red chilli powder,garam masala, coriander and turmeric powder. Add cube capsicum and onions and some water to make smooth gravy .cook for 2 minutes. Step - 3 Now add paneer and kasuri mathi in to the pan and cook on a medium flame for another 4 to 5 minutes.
